Lesson Policies
Your first lesson is free with no obligation to continue.
Lessons are to be pre-paid on the first of each month to Mobile Melodies School Inc. via e-Transfer to info@mobilemelodies.ca
If payments are not received future lessons may be suspended until the account is brought to good standing.
Lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis, on the same day and time each week.
There are no lessons on statutory holidays, Christmas break and spring break.
If you wish to cancel one lesson, we require 24 hours notice.
If you wish to cancel more than one lesson or discontinue lessons entirely, we require 30 days written notice. Otherwise, lessons will continue through the summer months.
If you are late for your lesson, your instructor will wait 15 minutes. If you arrive within that time, your teacher will teach for the remainder of the lesson. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson is considered a no-show and you will pay for the full lesson and that lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
If the student is a minor, an adult guardian (over the age of 19) must be at home during the entire lesson. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered a no-show and you will pay for the full lesson and that lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
We do our utmost to keep our lessons on schedule. Due to variances in traffic, please allow a 5 minute window for your teacher to arrive. If your teacher arrives late, you will still receive your entire 30 minute lesson.
Due to our scheduling, teachers must leave as soon as the lesson is complete. If you wish to speak with your teacher, please ensure you do so during your lesson.
